These 30 sqm (300 sq ft) studio apartments face south and are situated within a recently renovated 19th-century building. They retain the timeless charm of a vintage brick structure while incorporating a distinctly contemporary flair in their furnishings and details. Being set away from the street, the Compact minilofts offer a quieter ambiance compared to the modern minilofts.
Perfectly accommodating two adults and a child, the Compact minilofts provide a welcoming retreat that feels like returning home – setting our design hotel in Berlin apart.
Please note that our older wing lacks an elevator. If ascending stairs poses a challenge, we recommend considering booking an Extroverted or Introverted loft in our new building, which is equipped with a lift.
